They Flipped the Switch
April 9, 2008.Electrical power at the O.A.R.S. Angels Camp, California, HQ is now running entirely on solar energy. Next up… solar for the O.A.R.S. warehouse and office in Flagstaff, Arizona, for Colorado River operations in the Grand Canyon, as well as the warehouses and offices in Lewiston, Idaho, for the four rivers we run in the state (Middle Fork Salmon, Main Salmon, Gorges of the Lower Salmon and Hells Canyon on the Snake River), in Jackson, Wyoming, for operations in Grand Teton and Yellowstone national parks, and in Vernal, Utah, for operations in Dinosaur National Monument.
